Social Settings ribbon on all SharePoint 2010 site web apps

On SharePoint 2010 web site having NG social sites, see this message on every web app "Social Settings: Adding a new item will not create a social event.  Change Settings.

This is by design. Because the solution in globally deployed, there is no way to remove this from a single web app, even if that web app has no social features enabled this message will be displayed. This message is however, only displayed for site owners. Thought there is a bug also filed with NG product team and may find update soon.
